Ticket Registration/ Donations
Who should register for a ticket to attend RotK 2023?
Each adult (18+) attending should register for their own ticket
Youth 17 and under do not need their own registration but must be supervised by a ticket holding adult 18 or older
How do I register for a ticket to RotK 2023?
Go to www.reggaeontheklamath.com and navigate to the ticket page to register and pay for your ticket
Once you register for your ticket and pay via Venmo, you will receive a confirmation email with more detailed information including the exact address of the venue.
How much are tickets?
EARLY BIRD PRICING (before June 19th): $50 donation (not including camping ticket)
TIER 2 PRICING (between June 20th-July 15th): $75 donation (not including camping ticket)
All payments must be submitted within 5 days of receiving registration confirmation email or registration will be invalid and subject to a different price tier when resubmitted (if past a deadline).
CAMPING TICKETS
Tent camping: $10 donation per ticket holding adult (same price for all tiers)
RV camping: $25 donation per ticket holding adult (same pric for all tiers)
Are kids free?
No donations necessary for kids under 18 years old
All kids must be supervised by a ticketed adult
What forms of donation do you accept?
Venmo only (if this is not possible for you, please email reggaeontheklamath@gmail.com and we can try to work something out)

What is the capacity for the venue?
300 people
20 RV spaces
What amenities are available on site?
Community showers with warm water and private stalls
Porto Pottys
Kids Zone with activities (must be supervised by adult)
Community Outdoor kitchen available for cooking if you do not have your own cooking equipment (must bring your own food)
Is there family camping?
Yes, Family Camp is requested on site at arrival. Spots available until full. Each adult attendee in your camp must have a festival ticket and camping ticket.
Only campers with young kids allowed in family camp.
If I arrive before my friends, can I hold a camp space for them next to me?
Unfortunately not. Vehicles are parked in the order in which they arrive. The only way to be camped next to your friends is to come through the processing line at the same time. Best plan is to arrive together!
Can we bring shade structures/canopies into the bowl area?
We will not permit shade structures (e.g. pop-up tents, patio/beach umbrellas ) to be brought into or used in the music bowl.
There will be shade sails in front of the stage.
There will be a cool off room near the stage area for cooling off and resting out of the sun
Is there cell reception?
Cell reception is not guaranteed. Please check with your provider if they service that area.
What is not allowed?
No open flames. No bbq pits or fire pits with coal or wood. Only propane camping stoves allowed
No weapons (knives, guns, peppers spray, taser guns, etc)
Bad attitudes
Selling without RotK vendor permit
Gas powered generators are not allowed in tent camping. Gas powered generators are only allowed in RV camping.
No large amplified speaker systems allowed. Block rockers and other personal sized speakers are allowed.
Pets
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed on leash
All pets must be under supervision by their humans at all times. Temperatures can get very high. Leaving your animal unsupervised in a car, even with the windows cracked, is a danger to them and will not be allowed.
Food/Alcohol/Ice
Can I bring my own alcohol and food?
Yes, you can bring all of your own food and alcohol. There will be vendors available as well.
Will there be ice available for sale?
Yes, we will have ice available for sale on site

What is the daily schedule of performers?

What is the schedule for arriving and leaving?
Early Arrival: Thursday, July 20th - Gates open at 12pm, gates close at 8pm
Day 1 Arrival: Friday, July 21st - Gates open at 9am, gates close at 8pm
Day 2 Arrival: Saturday, July 22nd - Gates open at 9am, gates close at 12pm (No entry to the campground after 12pm Saturday - You will have to park in parking area and carry your belongings in.)
Leaving: Monday, July 24th: All vehicles must exit the campgrounds by 12pm

How do I become an official volunteer for RotK?
All volunteers must follow these steps:
Fill out a volunteer application online here
The volunteer coordinator will review your application and contact you regarding acceptance into the volunteer program
Upon acceptance, you will receive further information regarding your duties
What do I get for being a volunteer?
Each volunteer will get:
Free admission to the festival
An official volunteer t-shirt
Access to snacks and water during your shift
Official RotK Merchandise
How much are official RotK shirts?
Pre-sale (purchased with ticket registration): $20 donation
Purchase on site: $25 donation
How do I place my order for my t-shirt?
You have a chance to pre-order your t-shirt during the registration process
